The Qube is designed with energy efficiency in mind. It is predominately externally clad using the highest grade Western Red Cedar this is not just attractive but Eco-friendly too – a great insulator of heat plus its resin acts as a natural waterproof preservative. Other options include Brick Slips, Trespa Paneling or Rendor. The Qube is built with Structural Insulated Panels (SIPs), renowned for having excellent thermal properties these then are covered with plasterboard and skimmed, ready to be painted for added convenience.  Other Eco-smart ideas include an optional living sedum roof, as well as Rainwater Harvesting and the use of Photo Voltaic Cells.

There are many design permutations with The Qube. Our bespoke design and build team can help you pick and mix the design features to suite your individual needs.  Being modular you can order from a compact 3.6m x 3.6m standalone structure up to virtually any size you want. The bi-fold aluminium doors can be fully opened, bringing the outside in.  Have it one storey or two? Or why not incorporate a roof deck with a staircase up from your office? You might want all the necessities of home or work life, like climate control, water, waste, electric, telecommunications, Sky and broadband internet access. What’s more, total construction time is fast. Not only can we offer you a hassle free journey taking all planning applications, sorting out amenities etc out of your hands, total construction time is rapid. Lead times can be as quick as 4-6 weeks from order. Then a 1-week build time once the materials have arrived.
