The Qube structure can be built from a small standalone unit, which start at 3.6m x 3.6m, but can be tailor made to virtually any size.  *In some cases No Planning Permission required in most cases for buildings up to 30m2 or 70m3 and fully meeting UK building regulations.   The rapid construction time can be as little as 5 days for one of our smaller Qube's, or a little longer depending on the size.  Large footprint and volume buildings can be constructed but will require planning permission.  Any structure within a conservation area will require planning permission.

The Qube Structure can feature either a flat roofing style or galleried pitch roof.  The traditional Qube structure features contemporary styling whilst the structure can be designed to reflect or compliment any nearby buildings.

The Qube Structure is traditionally clad in eco friendly Western Red Cedar which secreet's a natural weatherproof resin or it can be clad in high durability, totally non maintenance Trespa panelling.  Constructed using Sip's panels that offer a rapid build solutions whilst also offering incredible heat and sound insulation.  Any Qube structure can feature state-of-the-art, robust and secure powder coated aluminium bi-fold doors, French, Patio or single doors and a range of windows to meet any requirement.  The single ply membrane roof system has a projected life span of +40 years, whilst other options can include an eco friendly Sedum plant roof.  There are various options on outer cladding materials to meet any demands the environment can create.

Each Qube Structure construction is project managed by one of our special projects managers, with the aid of our company surveyor and architect.
