How much is The Qube?

A

Being bespoke every Qube is different and subject to customers own specification, a basic 3.6 x 3.6m stand alone Qube starts at £18,500 (inclusive of VAT).

Can The Qube be used in the winter?

A

The Qube can be used on the coldest winter day the UK can give us, the structure is built with Structural Insulated Panels (SIPs) which have a 20% better thermal U Value than a traditionally built house.

Is The Qube a standard size?

The Qube is bespoke built to your exact requirements, you can specify any size Including 2 storey.

Is The Qube relocatable?

A

The Qube can be built to be reolcatable however, our surveyor will need to be informed of your wishes prior to quotation. If after placing your order you wish to take The Qube with you, we will build it so that it can be craned out and transported to your new home.

How long is The Qube guaranteed for?

The Qube has a 10 year structural guarantee.

Does The Qube require foundations?

A

The Qube is positioned on height adjustable legs, which are fitted onto concrete pads. The adjustable legs extend from 50 to 600mm Pads allowing The Qube to be fitted onto uneven surfaces.

What about electricity and other services to the building?

A

We can take care of the installation of all services, which can include water, gas, drainage, BT and Sky facilities. Costs for this vary depending on the location from property and the proximity of all services. A fixed price will be provided following a site survey.

How long does it take to build?

A

Generally depending on the size the lead-time is five weeks after placing an order with a build time of one week.
