Elsea Park Community Trust contacted The Qube to discuss potential options for a new sports pavilion and associated facilities to support a new 4G football pitch for community use.

Using SIP panel construction, The Qube was able to design and build a new Sports Pavilion which met the clients’ exact needs. The building consisted of:

• Main club room

• Kitchen with serving hatch

• Manager’s office

• 2x changing rooms

• Officials changing room

• Accessible toilets

Throughout the project, communication has been timely and pertinent as work progressed. We very quickly built an excellent rapport with everyone at The Qube and we have been very impressed by the professionalism that has been demonstrated at all stages. The nature of the project at Elsea Park inevitably led to issues being experienced; however, through collaboration these were quickly and effectively mitigated to everyone’s satisfaction.
